As often as I can I will post Thursday PM and Tuesday AM as “close to Kamloops”  hikes. The pace will be moderate and endurance will be the main goal. Thursday’s will focus on strength where extra weight can be added to your pack. What ever your physical fitness level is, challenge yourself by carrying some additional weight such as a 4 liter jug of water. If it is too heavy you can always pour some out.

Tuesdays will be to get over the strenuous weekend hike.

This Thursday we will meet at the west end of the Valley View arena’s parking lot. We will hike the VV park to the end of Juniper East. Bring your headlight and dress for the weather.
