Membership Registration Information/Instructions

IMPORTANT: Please read the following before starting your registration:

• You must review the KHC Guidelines and Expectations.  Only if you are in agreement with these guidelines and expectations, should you consider joining the Club.
• Registration as a KHC member requires three easy steps.  Completion of all steps is required in order to create a user account for our website, your portal to booking spots on KHC events.
• The list of steps is as follows:
  • Step 1: Complete the Registration Form.
  • Step 2: Complete and Sign KHC’s e-Waiver.
  • Step 3: Complete Your Payment of Annual Fees.

• To perform a Step, click on the step description in the list above. If a step is not highlighted (not blue), it is not available.
• If you completed all the steps or you have completed a step at the request of Member Services, scroll down to the heading End of Membership Registration.

• You will not automatically be added as a new member immediately you have completed the three steps above. Member Services has to check your information, wait for verification of your e-Waiver (see below) and receipt of your payment before adding you as a new member. If a problem occurs, you will receive email(s) informing you of the problem and the action(s) required to fix it. Please be patient.  Once you have been added, you will receive an email informing you of your user account with a login and password. Please note: you can also use your registered email address to login.
• At the discretion of the Board of Directors, you may be able to pre-register starting in the middle of the last month of the old Club year. Once you completed your registration, your user account may be created immediately or delayed to the start of the new Club year.
• You can register for events once you have received your website account and login and the new Club year has started (start date listed above) .
• A KHC membership expires at the end of the Club year (end date listed above). Once you are a member, you do not have to re-register, you can renew your membership before the end of the Club year. Membership renewals typically start at the beginning of the last month of the old Club year.
• Memberships are for adults (19 plus) only.  See the Minors page for more information on children (under 16) of members as Guests, or as “adult” members (age 16 – 18).
• The Club opens up registration just prior to the start of a new Club year for preregistration. These registrations will not take effect until the first day of the new Club year.
