Open letter to all Kamloops Hiking club members.
Our club is expanding and we are needing more hike leaders and co-leaders.
Should you have some interest in becoming a hike leader or co-leader please plan to attend this posted event by registering as usual.
Also, if you would like to suggest to me the name of a member(s) whom you think may make a good hike leader or co-leader, please email me. I will confidentially call your referral. My email is Gerry.hoye@gmail.com

The Hike Leaders Committee is calling a meeting of all club hike/snowshoe leaders. Date: Wednesday 24th October 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Sports Council Offices at McArthur Island.
Please note their offices have recently moved so now our meeting room is on the top level of the old golf building above Kamloops Youth Soccer Assn. at 1550 Island Parkway. The lounge area of the old Bread Garden.
The meeting is to discuss any ongoing concerns you may have of your role, or any problems you are encountering with members, website, guests etc. We are encouraging any members of the club who are at all interested in becoming a leader to attend also.
At the meeting if you have any plans to put on multi day trips next year we can see what the next year is looking like. For those of you who are having fun in far away places please let me know if there is any issues you would like me to address at the meeting, and if you have any ideas for trips next year and roughly what month.
