Description
Join John and Carole as we enjoy the snowshoeing trails at Skmana Lake.
With temperatures warming in the upcoming days we will take advantage and lead a group through the trails.
These trails are moderate, some up, some down, in gullies, on ridges, through a variety of trees.
We will be on the trail a little over 2 hours at a moderate pace stopping for a snack or lunch along the way.
Remember trail fees are $5, car pooling $5.
Dress for the conditions, bring your essentials, lunch, camera, and a smile.

I have been hiking in the Kamloops area for a number of years enjoying the alpine in the summer months. Joined the KHC in 2011 and have been leading hikes and snowshoe events ranging from moderate to difficult for over two years. Look forward to sharing the trail with others in the club.
