Description
A hike in the Six Mile Hill and Tobiano area
- These lands are in a Provincial Parks reserve but has no established trails. We have hiked the hills and have worked out a reasonable route down the ridges and gullies to the edge of Tobiano and the Kamloops Lake and back up. This is a hike for explorers who don’t mind off-trail hiking.
- meet at the new Aberdeen Mall meet-up spot (north side of Hillside Drive)
- article – Six Mile Protected Area
- carpool at Aberdeen Mall to the trailhead area
- hike for about 2 hours with lots of up and down
- wear good boots and poles are recommended
- a scenic area
- lunch at the beach
- dress for the conditions
