Description
A hike in to and through Painted Bluffs Provincial Park and back
- carpool and drive to the “trailhead” (to Savona then 21 km on backroads each way)
- although there is no official trail there is a 2 km route across the hills to the Park
- we may have to cross fencelines, installed for grazing licenses
- the route may be a bit rough so poles and good boots are recommended
- we will hike in, hike onto the bluffs (no trail) and back to the start
- lunch on the bluffs
