Description
An all day hike into the Marble Range, as part of the Summer Summit Series
- the actual date will depend on the weather forecast but will be one of the days listed, finalized 5-6 days out, with registration to be enabled at that time
- the final date and time will be posted at that time
- carpool early, time tbd
- drive 2 hours to Clinton, then the Jesmond Road (150 km each way); the last 20 km is on a good dirt road, then the final 2 km is on a high-clearance road
- article – Mt. Bowman

- article – Marble Range Provincial Park
- if the weather is warm, lots of water will be required
- the final section is steep up and down (poles recommended)
- lunch on top of the mountain
- mosquitoes may be out, but so will the wildflowers
- this is remote terrain so we will hike together; faster hikers need to wait for the group
- conditions will likely be hot so we can do a water drop at the junction
- dress for hot conditions and bring extra water
- this will be more challenging because of the temperature so choose wisely
