Description
A snowshoe though the forest routes from Dogwood Marshes to McConnell Lake, then a loop route through the hills back to Dogwood Marshes
- meet at the Dogwood Marshes parking area at 9:30 (Info on the parking area)
- snowshoe for 2+ hours
- a break at the McConnell Lake cabin (tea and a snack)
- moderate snowshoeing on established tracks but recent snow may make it more challenging
- some route-finding (my specialty, but help is also welcome) may be required
- a low-key outing in the high country forest
- I will not be enabling this for registration (I don’t want to organize a group) . For a small group only (6).
