Now set for Tuesday.

This is a one day hike.

Another chance to hike into this remote area off the Coquihalla summit area on the south side of the Coquihalla River.

We will meet at the Aberdeen meet up spot at 0800 to carpool to trailhead – about 2 hrs.   The last section of road is on the Tulameen FSR so a high clearance vehicle is preferred.

We will hike through the meadows towards Illal Peak as far as we have time allowed.   Lunch along the way at a viewpoint.   Good hiking boots and poles recommended.

Registration may be limited to the number of high-clearance vehicles; currently we have one that will take 5 people.   The hike is weather dependent.

I get out on a hike, ski or cycle ride several times a week either with the club or family and enjoy running multi day trips as well as day outings.I will lead fairly strenuous, moderate to steady paced outings as well as some starter outings.
