Description
A Battle Bluff hike hosted by the KHC Trekkers – Monika, Maureen, Margo, Matt, Shelley and Bunny
- Meet at the Dog Park ( Aviation Way) at 10 am
- Hike will start at the first pullout on the right on the Frederick Road on the Bluebird Trail
- Hike will be lead by Monika & Shelley
- Moderate trail over approximately 6.5 km round trip.
- Estimated time on the trail is 2.5 hours.
- Lunch will be at the view point overlooking Kamloops Lake.
- Bring all your essentials & dress for the conditions with good hiking boots & poles.
- Dogs are allowed (limit of 2) – please use the comments below if you plan on bringing your pooch. See the KHC dog policy.
- Don’t forget your camera.
I moved to Kamloops in 1994 and joined KHC in 2020. I recently retired and enjoy the following outdoor activities:cross country skiing, snow shoeing , kayaking, hiking and biking. I get out several times a week either with the club or family. I will lead outings throughout the year. Pace will be moderate and steady.
