The Club uses emails to communicate information to our members and/or request action(s) from our members. This is especially true at membership registration/renewal time when a member can expect an email from member services on a successful completion of a membership registration/renewal or request from SmartWaiver to verify of a new e-Waiver.

Unfortunately some of these emails do not appear in a member’s Inbox as they have been treated by the email provider (e.g. Hotmail) as spam. They could appear in the Spam or Junk folder or be completely ignored.

If you are expecting an email and do not receive it in your Inbox, please check your Spam or Junk Folder. If you cannot find it in these folders, try a search on Kamloops Hiking Club or in the case of an e-Waiver verification Smartwaiver. If this fails, wait awhile and try again as the email might be held up in transmission.
