KHC is at partial capacity because of the epidemic.   Some simple stats, to be updated weekly.

• total number of members (prior to the pandemic) – 232

• May 14 – 17 (a half week) – 18 event spaces with 13 filled – active leaders – 1
• May 18 – 24 – there were  60 event spaces (10 events) with 58 spaces filled – organized by 9 leaders
• May 25 – 31st – 64 event spaces (with a couple of unbooked openings and some rain cancellations)
• June 1 – 7 – 58 event spaces (with 7 unbooked openings)
• June 8 – 14 – 46 planned so far (but a rainy week)

Some attempts are being made to have 2 groups of 6 do the same hike on the same day, but with different start times.   This would double our capacity for that day.  This always depends on having a volunteer hike leader step forward.
