An outline of upcoming dates:

• January through until further notice – full KHC compliance with Provincial Health Orders
• February 1 – membership renewals for 2021 – 2022 begin ( a link will be installed that morning)
• Feb. 28 – 2020-2021 KHC memberships expire
• Mar. 1 –  user accounts for unrenewed memberships disabled
• Mar. 1 – new member registrations for 2021 – 2022
• April 9 – KHC AGM (tba)
• April 30 (9:00 am) – membership registration closes, pending Board review
• May – insurance and affilitation fees due for all members
• Spring – summer – resume small group events
• Late spring – summer – KHC backpacks and camps

The calendar will be adjusted according to the course of the epidemic and Provincial Health Orders
