Air Quality Guidelines
Environment Canada has established a scale of air quality which is most relevant during forest fire season.

In accordance with these established guidelines, KHC follows these practices:
- Low Risk – no change to planned events
- Moderate Risk – participants should be advised of the increased health risk. Members may choose to cancel their registration. Leaders should modify, cancel, or reschedule their events.
- High Risk – leaders should cancel or reschedule the event.
