AGM Results
The online approvals and elections took place on March 28 and 29. The results are summarized here:
- The motion to accept an online AGM was approved.
- The motion to accept the Financial Report and the President’s report was approved.
- There were no contested positions for Directors so the nominations were all approved by acclimation.
- The Board of Directors will serve from March 30, 2020 through to the AGM in the spring of 2021.

- Secretary – Kathy Dupuis
- Member Services Director – Frith Powell
