- With the air quality improving we are seeing a few more events being posted.
- FMCBCs August newsletter.
- We can now pay our backcountry fees for permits at Discover BC – link.
- Joffre Lakes has seen a great increase in hiking and camping use, so B.C. Parks has had to add some measures – we now need to buy a permit in advance to camp there, dogs are not allowed, and if the parking lots are full, anyone who parks on the highway may be towed away.
