- A new feature on the website is a Like button (similar to Facebook) after a post, comment, or event listing.  Logged-in members can click the Like button (at the bottom of each post/event/comment) to show their interest or support.  A widget on the right side keeps track of the items with the most likes.
- How much does it cost the driver to take 3 other people to the trailhead and back?  A useful tool is a fuel calculator found at this link.
- Sometimes we hear that all the events are full, but we know that many events never fill and the ones that do usually have cancellations so we have begun a practice of checking for the numbers of openings at any given time and posting the results in a widget on the right hand side.  There are always openings available and the best times are most accessible to members who check the website more often.
- We are moving our meet-up spot for points west to the parking area on the west side of Hillside Drive across from Aberdeen Mall (link for more information).  This is being done on request from Aberdeen Mall.
- The Google map that comes with event listings is an interactive tool.  With your mouse you can pan (move the map), zoom in or out, or even change to street view (drag the little figure to any street).  If you don’t know the area, zoom out (the +/- symbols).   If you need to see it as a larger image, click the full screen icon (top right).  There are 224 locations provided on the website and almost all of them have interactive maps provided for reference and use.
