• Smoky conditions had placed a hold on a number of proposed events. As the air clears, both leaders and club members will look ahead to more hiking opportunities.
• Congratulations to Sam Chow for completing his first backpacking trip.
• A proposed schedule for the next 6+ months is provided here for information and feedback

Looking Ahead:

• Fall Potluck Event
• winter – snowshoe season – starts in December
• January – website will have renewals/new registration schedules and information, but no links until the confirmed dates
• February 1st – member renewals start
• March 1st – new members registration open
• mid March – new members events/social events on trails
• mid/late  March – KHC AGM
• spring – close registrations when we reach 300 members
• spring – new Guests policy in place (with a summer shut-down)
