A hike on the Uplands Trails on the snow

• with possible snow forecast, it was a good idea to find a trailhead that provided easy access and trails that are good on snow
• meet at the trailhead at the end of McLeod Drive/Uplands intersection at 10:00; there is room for 3 vehicles to park there and more parking farther down the road

• participants may want to carpool because of the limited parking (organize your own)
• hike on double tracks and single tracks in the area – about 4 km

• dress for the weather and carry traction devices
• registration to open about 6 days out if the forecast is good and shorter if it is “iffy”
• a co-leader requested so I can show someone else the route for a future event
