Description

Come join Carole and John for a pleasant easy hike on Monday May 20/19 to Tsutswewc park- previously known as Roderick Haigh Brown park.

  • This will be an easy , mostly flat terrain hike to a scenic trail through forested area, along views of Shuswap lake where salmon are known to spawn every Fall and to a beautiful spawning channel.
  • We will hike for about 2.5 hours with plenty of opportunity for picture taking.
  • Lunch will be along the trail.
  • Meet up at 10:00 am at the Dallas park- please come at least 5 to 10 minutes prior to 10:00 to arrange carpooling
  • if carpooling, be prepared to pay a fee to the driver as pre arranged for fuel cost.
  • Hike leaders { from Chase } will meet the Kamloops participants at the trailhead at around 10:45

  • Remember to bring your 10 essential, plenty of water , your camera and your smile!
