Description
The trail running is open to all abilities. We will do ‘pickups’ to accommodate all speeds. Trail running is a great way to increase your cardio for those backpacks in the mountains and on the trails.
This week we will be running 3 min run and 1 min walk. We always to pickups so that we are running as a group.
We are meeting at the Hillside Drive entrance to Kenna Cartwright Park. The parking lot before the prison.
