Description
The trail running is open to all abilities. We will do ‘pickups’ to accommodate all speeds. Trail running is a great way to increase your cardio for those backpacks in the mountains and on the trails.
If you’re new to trail running, where sturdy running shoes and bring some hydration. A water belt or vest will be fine. We will not be wearing our hiking packs for our trail runs.
