Description
This series of Thursday night hikes will aim at improving your conditioning. The hike will be interrupted by stretching and strengthening our core, especially working on the joints and muscles.
Each hike will be about 2 hours or 6 to 9 Km, with an easy medium pace. Please bring elastics, hand weights, snacks, and your water bottle.
Dress for the weather and bring laughter. Oh, and any of your favorite stretches will be appreciated.
