Description
A point-to-point hike along the crest of the hills in the Dewdrop Range
- off-trail hike across grass, sagebrush, and open forest; some rocky sections
- tick season, so take the usual precautions
- cactus along the route; may not be suitable for dogs
- a longer route than the previous year; the last section has some rocky ups and downs
- lunch along the route
- dress for the conditions
- we will drop a vehicle off on the Frederick Road fora one-way hike
