This trail is approx. 3 km to the top with viewpoints above Barnhartvale and Dallas.  This is a steep trail but we will be going at a Slow Pace, with lots of breaks along the way.  Everyone will stay together and only go as fast as the slowest hiker.

We will stop for lunch at the top, enjoying the views.  Sturdy boots and hiking poles are recommended, especially for the descent back down.

Meet at 10 am at Market Fresh foods in Dallas, leaving by 10:15 am.

Bring water, lunch, sturdy boots, poles and dress for the weather.  Ticks are out.

Dogs are allowed but will need to be kept under control on the steep sections.  2 dogs max for this one, please comment if you are bringing your dog.
