Description
Come enjoy a day of snowshoeing on the Stake Lake Snowshoeing trails.
We will be snowshoeing to the “Lookout” overlooking Lac le Jeune, beautiful in the sun, returning past the “Basalt Bluffs”.
•Average/moderate trail over approximately 10 – 11 km.
•Approximately 4 hours on the trail including lunch.
•Meet across from Aberdeen Mall.

•Snowshoe pass is $5.
•$5 for drivers if you choose to carpool.
•Bring all your snowshoeing essentials, water and lunch.
•Dress for the conditions.

I have been hiking in the Kamloops area for a number of years enjoying the alpine in the summer months. Joined the KHC in 2011 and have been leading hikes and snowshoe events ranging from moderate to difficult for over two years. Look forward to sharing the trail with others in the club.
