Description
Come enjoy a day of snowshoeing at Stake Lake (Cow Creek, Spruce Canyon & Rattler Viewpoint) – Map
- We will meet at Stake Lake and you will need to purchase a $5 trail pass if you don’t already have one.
- Average/moderate trail over 8 km.
- Note: Trail is mostly flat except for one major hill but there may be lots of snow and some stomping.
- Snack somewhere on the trail.
- Bring all your essentials, water and snack.
- Dress for the conditions.
- Don’t forget your camera.
- If you want to carpool from town add a comment on the event.

I moved to Kamloops in 1994 and joined KHC in 2020. I recently retired and enjoy the following outdoor activities:cross country skiing, snow shoeing , kayaking, hiking and biking. I get out several times a week either with the club or family. I will lead outings throughout the year. Pace will be moderate and steady.
