Description
Come enjoy a day of snowshoeing on the Stake Lake Snowshoeing trails.
We will be snowshoeing past the lake, along the trails returning past the “Basalt Bluffs” along the trail of the fluffies. There will be a moderate pace enjoying the trails allowing plenty of time for photos. Meet up time will be 10:00 am at the Hillside meetup location to arrange car pooling, trail fees are $5, we will stop along the trail for snacks, coffee, tea. Dress in layers, bring your essentials, camera, something to sit on, 
$5 for drivers if you choose to carpool.

I have been hiking in the Kamloops area for a number of years enjoying the alpine in the summer months. Joined the KHC in 2011 and have been leading hikes and snowshoe events ranging from moderate to difficult for over two years. Look forward to sharing the trail with others in the club.
