Description
We will meet up at the Stake Lake parking area at 1000 and pedal around the trails. I plan on doing the outer loop, Sidewinder, which is in good shape with the odd squishy sections.
This is a ride for regular mountain bikes, not a really technical or fast ride, and not for e-bikes. We will find a lunch/snack spot on the route for a break and we will not be leaving anyone behind on the hills!!
Make sure you have your own tire repair kit and basic tools, plenty of water, and some food. Everyone has to wear a helmet on the ride.

I have been retired for several years now and enjoy many activities in the outdoors such as hiking, cycling, skiing, backpacking. I have lived in Canada for the last 35 years and spent a great deal of time exploring the Rockies, K-country, Kootenays and parts of BC.
I get out on a hike, ski or cycle ride several times a week either with the club or family and enjoy running multi day trips as well as day outings.I will lead fairly strenuous, moderate to steady paced outings as well as some starter outings.
