Description
Join Carole, John, and Sam on an early fall hike on the Stake Lake ski trails. We will hike along a number of the trails taking us to the lookout along the Bushwacker trail, continuing on the Lookout trail to the small shelter overlooking Lac le Jeune, both are accessible by the winter snowshoe trails. We will meet up at Hillside parking lot across from Aberdeen Mall at 9:00 am Sunday September 11th, people can arrange their own car pooling if they like. We will drive to Stake Lake parking to begin the hike. Dress for the weather, bring your lunch (to be enjoyed at one of the viewpoints.

I have been hiking in the Kamloops area for a number of years enjoying the alpine in the summer months. Joined the KHC in 2011 and have been leading hikes and snowshoe events ranging from moderate to difficult for over two years. Look forward to sharing the trail with others in the club.
