Come enjoy a day of snowshoeing on the Sovereign Lakes Snowshoeing Trails near Vernon.                                                      Leave from Valleyview Arena at 8:30 am                                                                                     Approx. 1 hr 45 minutes drive to the Sovereign Lakes Nordic Centre                                                                                              $10 for drivers if you choose to carpool                                                                                  Snowshoe day pass is $8.00
This is a moderate to harder trail over approximately 10 km.                                                                                                             Note, some trails may not have been used and will require us to break trail.
We will make our way to the Black Prince Cabin for lunch.
Approximately 4 hours on the trail including lunch
Some may wish to stop for coffee and snack in Vernon on the return, take this into consideration when carpooling.
Bring all your snowshoeing essentials, water and lunch.
