Description
A paddle from the Upper Shuswap River down toward Enderby during the salmon run
- best suited to experienced paddlers in stable boats because there are some rapids, some narrow sections, some shallows, and we will be manoevering around deadheads and sweepers

- we will shuttle a vehicle, dropping one off at the bridge, then we will launch upstream at a hand launch site
- we will paddle together to keep an eye on each other and be available for support
- some knowledge of self rescue is expected
- the scheduling coincides with the peak of the salmon run
- lunch on a beach along the route
- meet early – 8:00 at Valleyview Square; participants can make their own arrangments to carpool, as needed
