Description
Meet up at the new Truck Chilling Park located at 1452 McGill Road. We will wander Kenna and the hills of TRU broken up with some stretches, posture work and anything else you feel we need to relieve our stress after sitting all day. Light weights are suggested. IF you cannot make the 5:15 time but would like to attend, please email me. We wont be too far so can always circle back to the park to pick up strays! Ticks also frequent this area of the park so lets remember to a “Tick-Check” before saying goodbye for the evening.
