Description
Come join us at Paul Lake – High up the Ridge with special guest Al Budreau (an active hiker and author of Kamloops Backcountry Hikes and Kamloops 1 & 2).
- Meet up at 9:30 am at Paul Lake Road.
- We should be on the trail by 10:00.
- Hike will start at the main campground at the entrance if the cement barriers are there or in the day use area.
- Steep trail over approximately 9 km round trip.
- Estimated time on the trail is 4 hours with lunch at the viewpoint
- Bring all your hiking essentials lunch & camera.
Hike is hosted by the KHC Trekkers – Monika, Erika, Maureen, Margo, Matt, Shelley and Bunny.

I moved to Kamloops in 1994 and joined KHC in 2020. I recently retired and enjoy the following outdoor activities:cross country skiing, snow shoeing , kayaking, hiking and biking. I get out several times a week either with the club or family. I will lead outings throughout the year. Pace will be moderate and steady.
