Description
Come out for a mountain bike ride at the Stake Lake ski trails.
We will ride mostly blue & some green ski trails to get to the Lookout loop and we will return on Sidewinder for a 12-13 km loop.
Ski trails are gravel with some grass & have a few sections of mud & water.
There are some steep hills to climb.
If you have an ebike the ride will be easy.
If you have a regular mountain bike you will need to work hard on some of the hills.
After the ride we will have a snack/lunch by the lake or in the parking lot. Bring a chair if you want.
Meet in the Stake Lake parking lot.

I moved to Kamloops in 1994 and joined KHC in 2020. I recently retired and enjoy the following outdoor activities:cross country skiing, snow shoeing , kayaking, hiking and biking. I get out several times a week either with the club or family. I will lead outings throughout the year. Pace will be moderate and steady.
