Description
Update: After the hike, John Moslin is arranging a no-host supper at the SPICE restaurant @ the North Hills mall. Starting at 6 PM. If you are planning to attend the supper please email John Moslin@hotmail.com
The new date for Michelle’s farewell hike is set for Sunday September 9th.
Update: Today 8/29 Judy, Ray and I checked the route. To quote Judy, “if I can do this hike anybody can.” The length is closer to 7.5 KM.
Her request is for a shorter hike to an area she really enjoys; which is the basalt bluffs to the top of Battle Bluff.
Michelle has been a huge support person for our club and has helped many hikers. There are many who have expressed their gratitude and when we pause on the top of Battle Bluff, perhaps the wind may “blow some appropriate (HAHA) stories”??!!!!!
Bring your camera and a snack.
