Description
Come join us for some snowshoeing on this popular 7.5 km McQueen and Griffin Lakes Loop.
- Maureen leading with Bunny co-leading (one of her first co-lead events – Yay Bunny!)
- Meet at the Bachelor Hills meetup spot at 9:30 am for any carpooling
- 15km drive from meetup spot to the trailhead
- Bring a snack or lunch and all your snowshoeing essentials
- We will snowshoe at an average pace with stops for pics, breath breaks, lunch and laughs
- Plan for about 3 hours on the trail

I joined the club in 2012 as a way to meet new friends, find new adventures, enjoy the outdoors, and to keep in shape. The views, experiences, and feeling I get being out on the trails with all the new friends and hiking buddies has been amazing and so much fun!
Any events I post will range from easy to moderate difficulty, walking at a moderate pace, with plenty of stops for breaks.
