Description
A hike on trails near McQueen Lake
- meet at the Lac du Bois (lake) parking area at 9:30 am
- we will convoy from there to the trailhead
- we will hike on trails near the McQueen Lake Center, but we will not be entering the Day Use Area
- We will stop for photos or inspections of nature along the way so if you are an impatient hiker, this may not be the event for you
- lunch at a viewpoint
- return by the same route/ about 2 hours on the trail
- mosquitoes may be out so take the usual precautions
- this hike will be weather dependent
