This will be a snowshoe to explore the McQueen Grasslands area.  Lots of breaking trail to explore anything of interest, including vistas down to the City.  We will be going up and down the many hills in the area, so this is not a beginners snowshoe.  Participants should have a reasonable fitness level and be able to snowshoe at a steady pace.

Temperatures look like they will be on the cold side, so dress for conditions and be prepared.  Gaiters, poles and maybe some hand warmers will be of great help.
