Bring rain gear, as there is rain in the forecast!

Sturdy footwear for off-trail tramping, and poles are recommended.

• meet at the Batchelor Hills meet-up spot (at the cattle-guard) to carpool or convoy at 9:30am
• the road to the trailhead is a bumpy one and there may be some muddy spots
• some steep sections and route-finding.  It is primarily off trail.
• hike to the top of the mountain
• lunch at the top
• return by a similar route
• ticks are out!  Wear appropriate clothing etc.
