A snowshoe on the Isobel Lake Winter Recreational Trails hosted by the KHC Trekkers – Monika, Maureen, Margo, Matt, Shelley and Bunny

• This event will be led by Bunny and Maureen
• Meet at the Batchelor Hills meet-up spot at 9:30; arrange carpooling as required.
• Drive to the Isobel Lake Upper Parking Area
• Snowshoe on trails for 2-2.5 hours with a stop for snack at the Lake Gazebo
• An easy loop route using well maintained fat bike trails including Hairy Backside, Beer’s a Waitin’ and Snowzilla. We may continue exploring other trails when we return to the parking area, a decision to be made at the time.
• Dress for the weather conditions, bring your cleats, snowshoes, essentials and camera.
• Dogs are allowed (limit of 2) – please use the comments below  if you plan on bringing your pooch.  See the KHC dog policy.
• Conditions are wintery and wet, the roads and parking areas can be a challenge. If we feel a need to cancel due to weather we will email you and post something on the site.
