Description
A hike on the forested trails of Iron Mask Hills, and through up into the Pineview or upper Iron Mask trails. Good trails with some steeper sections through the forest with some open views in places. We will stop for a break at some point for a snack/lunch. These trails are all mountain bike trails and we may see some bikers up there although as it is late season, and a weekday I do not anticipate many.
We also may see some mud or snow or ice patches so it could be the time of year to bring traction devices. We will start at the small parking area on Lac De Jeune road on the left just after the Sugarloaf Road – 1030 start.
You are welcome to bring pooch but they will have to be on leash for this one.

I have been retired for several years now and enjoy many activities in the outdoors such as hiking, cycling, skiing, backpacking. I have lived in Canada for the last 35 years and spent a great deal of time exploring the Rockies, K-country, Kootenays and parts of BC.
I get out on a hike, ski or cycle ride several times a week either with the club or family and enjoy running multi day trips as well as day outings.I will lead fairly strenuous, moderate to steady paced outings as well as some starter outings.
