This hike is replacing the Lundbom area trails hike due to current trail conditions and high stream flow warnings.

This is an 8.4 km loop trail near Sun Peaks Mountain.     It takes an average of 3 hrs to complete the loop and it is unlikely that the trail will be too busy,   There are several veiwpoints overlooking Heffley Lake on the route and we will stop for lunch at the top.   The trail heads up into the woods and climbs some 470m over the loop.   It could be muddy after the recent rain so poles an asset, and good boots.

We will meet at the Paul Lake meet up spot at 9.30 to carpool.   It is a very short drive and the parking area has a short rough road to reach so unless you have a high wheel base vehicle it will be best to park on the road.
