Event Notes:

Join us in exploring the Upper flume trail including the lower flume trail as an added bonus.

This promises to be a beautiful double hike, just across the highway from each other.

You will hike through forested areas and be surrounded by creeks and small waterfalls.

We will begin with the Upper Flume trail for 3 km return trip, then we will explore the lower flume trail, including a side trip to the “stairway to heaven” for a return trip of 4 km.

Lunch will be on the bluff of the lower flume trail above Adam river. There is a slight climb at the beginning of the first hike, Upper Flume Trail.

And…as an added bonus…

,  we shall encounter the “Fairy Tree” and all can climb in to make a wish.

This double hike is to be considered as easy to moderate.

We will meet at the trailhead at 10:00 AM, if anyone needs help with directions, message me.

Bring your ten essentials, mosquito spray, bear spray, sunscreen and of course your camera.
