This hike begins at McQueen Lake and ends in Westsyde.  It is approximately 14 km mostly downhill with some rolling hills.  The trail may be overgrown in sections, muddy, or there may be some fallen logs.  Otherwise, this is a great trail that meanders through forest and meadows.

We will meet at the Westsyde Community Center – 3550 Westsyde Rd for carpooling.  

We require 4 drivers other than myself with the capacity of a minimum of 3 riders per driver.  When we finish our hike I will drive the drivers back to their vehicles at McQueen Lake.

Riders please bring $7.00 for the driver.  In addition, all hikers bring an extra 1$ for the hike leader who will drive the drivers back to their vehicles at McQueen lake after we have completed the hike. 

Bring plastic bags for your boots in case they are muddy after our hike as a courtesy for the drivers.

Bring a lunch.  We will also take other appropriate breaks along the way.
