Description
A midweek Snowshoe at either Bush Lake or Dogwood Marshes. We’ll decide at the time when we see the conditions.
Meet at the Aberdeen Mall meet-up spot at 10:00 to carpool (optional). This will be a moderate route and we might have to break trail if there is fresh snow.
There’s always somewhere new to go in this area and it makes for a great outing.

I have been retired for several years now but hiking has been a favorite past time over the years. I used to backpack a lot... many years ago.....and undertake some really challenging hikes but now my preference is just for a good day out!
We've been in Kamloops for about 11 years (2nd time around) so hiking/snowshoeing is still relatively new for me here. I've hiked a lot in the Lower Mainland/Whistler area and now we enjoy the freedom of retirement to be able to walk/hike in the UK, Europe and elsewhere in the world.
I enjoy hiking on single or double track paths with small groups and generally keep up a moderate to steady pace.
