Description
We will hike to the lookout at the top of Buse Mountain, approx. 1 1/2 kms uphill. This lookout is above Barnhartvale Road, with views of Kamloops to Chase and beyond. On the way back down we will take a side trail that leads to the pinnacle where we will stop for lunch. Depending on the route we take there could be some off trail sections.
The trail is a short, steep double track trail to the top. We will be taking our time, going at a slower pace. Expect mud or snow at this time of year.
Meet at the entrance to Pineview Golf Course in Dallas for 10:00 am. First right off the highway before the roundabout.
Bring lunch, water and dress for the weather. If the weather is bad this hike will be postponed, please check the website
3 dogs maximum, please comment if you are bringing your dog. Please bring a leash as there are steep cliffs at the top.
