This is a rolling terrain loop around the tower in the Lac Du Bois hills.   It is the outer loop of a series of trails in the area, with some lovely views over the valley and the city.   We may see some mountain bikes out on this loop, and may see some sheep too – probably not on bikes!  There are various cut off sections and odd trails so the loop will be about 10 km – depending on which route our fearless leader takes us on.

Be aware of the KHC Social Distancing policy before you sign up for this hike, and all protocols will be adhered to on the hike.   Each member should carry mask, sanitizer and gloves but will not be allowed to participate if they show any sickness symptoms at meet up spot.  As per KHC and provincial guidelines we will be keeping our group to 6 participants.

You are welcome to bring a furry friend, but they must be leashed at all times.

I get out on a hike, ski or cycle ride several times a week either with the club or family and enjoy running multi day trips as well as day outings.I will lead fairly strenuous, moderate to steady paced outings as well as some starter outings.
