A hike for all 2019 members (all new members are welcome)

We will meet at the Ord Road Area (extra parking down the road to the east) to carpool to the Battle Bluff Trail (members can go on their own if they wish)

• although most hikes have a small group, this event is for all members
• we will break into smaller groups at the trailhead, with several leaders
• each leader can “style” the event to their group’s interests
• the route is out an back at an easy pace
• the goal is to have a social hike, but faster hikers can group with a leader to go at their own pace, apart from other groups
• ticks may be out on this day so take the usual precautions
• lunch on the bluff (and probably some photos too)
• all 2019 members welcome
• dress for the weather
• minors and guest welcome (check the Minors page and the Guests page for details and requirements)
• No dogs this time because of the number of people on the hike
• please cancel by clicking My Bookings if you can’t make it
• watch the listing for updates, especially in the last two days
• there will be some mud on the trail so please bring a change of shoes for the drive back, especially if you are carpooling
• there is some ice here and there so if you have traction devices, bring them, but we can also go around those sections
