Join John and Carole as we hike over and under some ridges to remarkable Battle Bluff.            We will meet at 09:30 at the dog park on Aviation Way to caravan or carpool to the trailhead, the first parking lot on Fredrick Road. The route begins across from the parking lot, making our way up the gentle hill to views of the Thompson River and Kamloops Lake. We’ll make our way west staying on top of the ridge following it till we drop down to a road leading towards Battle Bluff. We will pass the iconic wrecked car along the trail, then make our way to the base then proceed up the trail to the summit of the mountain. We will have lunch as we enjoy the views from the top. Dress for the conditions, bring your hiking poles, lunch, water, and camera.
